FeedbaQR is a self-service tool for spinning up a QR code that does one useful thing — collect feedback, run a poll, or sign a guest book — in under a minute. No account to start, no payment gate, and no enterprise onboarding to wade through.

The printed square never changes, but the page behind it is yours to edit anytime — tweak the prompt, adjust your options, or pause it without reprinting. You build and test-drive anonymously, then claim your codes with a one-time email link if you want to edit them or watch responses on a dashboard.

FeedbaQR is operated by South Fork Mobile LLC, a US company based in Rexburg, Idaho. We built it to be privacy-first: cookieless, first-party analytics, no third-party trackers, and we never store raw IP addresses.
