Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Last updated: 2 July 2026 · Text Messaging (SMS) Terms of FeedbaQR, a DBA of South Fork Mobile LLC (Idaho, USA).

These terms describe FeedbaQR's optional text-alert program for account owners — what it sends, how you opt in and out, and how we handle your mobile number.

Sign up for text alerts

Text alerts are an opt-in feature for FeedbaQR account owners. Enter your mobile number and check the consent box to begin — you'll confirm the number with a 6-digit code we text you.

Text alerts are for FeedbaQR account owners. After you continue, you'll sign in and confirm this number with a 6-digit code we text you. Only verified numbers ever receive messages.

1. What this program is

FeedbaQR (a DBA of South Fork Mobile LLC, “we,” “us”) offers an optional text-alert program for account owners. If you own a FeedbaQR account and place a “Report a problem” QR code on your equipment, restroom, or other asset, you can choose to be texted the moment someone scans that code and reports a problem — on top of the email alert, which is always free.

  • Messages go only to the verified account owner about their own codes.
  • We never text consumers, or the members of the public who scan a code.
  • The program is transactional — verification codes and problem alerts. No marketing texts.
  • It is entirely opt-in, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

2. How you opt in

Text alerts are off until you turn them on. You can opt in from the form at the top of this page, or in-app at Console → Text alerts. Either way you enter your own mobile number and tick an affirmative consent checkbox that reads:

“I agree to receive recurring automated text messages from FeedbaQR (problem alerts and one-time verification codes) at the mobile number I provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.”

After you submit your number and consent, we send a one-time 6-digit verification code to that number. You enter the code to confirm you control the phone. Only verified numbers ever receive messages, and consent is captured per-number, by the owner, for their own account:

Entering the 6-digit verification code sent by SMS to confirm the number
Step 2 — verify: enter the 6-digit code we text you to confirm the number.

3. Messages you'll receive

Once verified, the number receives only these transactional messages:

  • A one-time verification code when you add or change the number, e.g.
Your FeedbaQR verification code is 123456. It expires in 10 minutes. Msg & data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
  • Problem-report alerts when someone scans one of your codes and reports an issue, e.g.
FeedbaQR: problem reported at Treadmill #4 (Out of order). View: https://feedbaqr.io/app/console/g1abcd Reply STOP to opt out.

Frequency: message volume depends entirely on how often people report problems on your codes — there is no scheduled or recurring send. Most owners receive a handful of messages a month.

4. Cost

FeedbaQR does not charge you for text alerts. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5. Opting out & getting help

  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You'll receive one confirmation and then no further texts to that number. You can also remove the number in Console → Text alerts.
  • Reply HELP for help, or email hello@feedbaqr.io.

6. Your privacy

The mobile number you provide is used solely to deliver the verification code and the problem alerts described above. We do not share mobile opt-in information or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

We use a messaging provider (AWS End User Messaging) solely to transmit these texts on our behalf. For everything else, see our Privacy Policy.
